A lot of work goes into running a professional webinar and we’ve spent years of trial and error to reach the stage where we can do it well.
There are five stages to hosting your own webinar.

1. Setup

Take the shortcut and get it right upfront without overspending.

  • Get the right licence from Zoom for just a few pounds a month.

  • How to get the Webinar upgrade as and when needed

  • Configuration of webinar templates to simplify launches.

We’ll talk you though the buying and set up process to make it 100% trouble-free.

2. Content

So now you have the power to run a webinar what should your content be? We organise a short online workshop to nail this one.

  • The theme of your webinar to make sure it has traction with your target audience.

  • Up to 5 topics you’ll explore in your webinar.

  • The questions you’ll be asked that will help you bring the topics to life.

We’ll also draft up an email you can send to your registrants a couple of days beforehand to capture even more questions.

3. Promotion

Now you have a theme and the means to deliver it, all you need now is an audience. We can help you with that too:

  • Setting up your zoom registration page where people can learn more and register.

  • Drafting up an email you can send to your community to promote to your webinar.

  • Writing 6 posts you can use to promote your webinar on social media.

Two optional extras which we would discuss and quote for separately:

  • Script a 60 second video to promote your webinar that you can film on your phone and we’ll edit ready for use on social media (which we show you how to do).

  • Use LinkedIn paid promotions to boost your registrants with people who are new to you. This can be a great way to attract new prospects!

4. Execution

When it comes to the webinar you can do as little or as much as you want. We’ll make it insanely easy for you:

  • We’ll facilitate you’ll be a panellist, or we’ll show you how to host the event yourself.

  • We handle questions, run live polls, display support collateral such as graphs, diagrams etc.

  • We ensure that the timings are hit; nobody likes a webinar that runs over or rushes at the end.

  • Optional Extra: Produce a PDF crib sheet containing the key points from the webinar. This will be in raw Word format ready for you to brand up to your corporate standards.

You focus on conveying your knowledge and value to attendees, with seemless delivery.

5. Follow Up

Following on from the webinar you can reconnect with your community by sharing the recording of the live event:

  • We’ll make the recording punchier by editing out any superfluous or weaker sections. You can then load this onto your website and YouTube channel, if you have one.

  • We provide the draft emails you can send out to those who attended and did not attend the live event.

  • Optional Extra: We can produce any number of 90 to 120 second clips from the recording you can post on social media to draw people back into your website.
