Marketing is only one aspect of business development. It covers a wide range of activities, can consume enormous amounts of money and yet does not always provide a quantified return on your investment. Is it all worth it?
This talk explores the full spectrum of business development and looks at alternative ways to generate more business leads for substantially less cost; in fact in many cases no cost at all. Whilst marketing has its place there are other tools that can be employed in the fight to increase revenues.
The objective of the talk is for the attendees to have a wider view of business development and to leave with a few easy to implement and cost neutral actions all aimed at increasing the flow of good quality business leads into their respective firms.
