What Is An E-book?

The term E-book refers to an electronic book, which is basically a book in digital form which can be read on your PC. They come in various formats including PDF and Word.

Do I Need Any Special Software To Read An E-book?

The E-books that are available to purchase on our site are available in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. If you do not have Acrobat Reader then you will not be able to view the E-book.

When Will I get A Download Of My Purchase?

After you have made your payment it will be verified by Paypal. When the payment has been confirmed you will be returned to the Flair website where you will be able to download the E-book and save it to your computer.

Which Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

Currently we accept credit card and debit card payments by PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through our PayPal interface. Non PayPal account holders should use the 'Secure Checkout' option which will allow them to pay using their existing credit card.

Are E-books returnable?

No, the Ebooks are non-returnable.
