Flair Behavioural Change Programmes

The challenge with single session intervention training is always how to graft the new learning into the every day habits of the attendees. They return to their workplace full of ideas and enthusiasm only to be met with a barrage of emails, meetings, prolems and opportunities which strip away the chance to experiment and embed the new learning.

If this sounds familiar then perhaps the Flair Behavioural Change coaching format may provide the answer.

The Format

We use the Flair Behavioural Change Framework (c) to create an environment for change. The easiest way to think about this is like learning a musical instrument: a combination of lessions, practice and performance which together see the pupil develop over a longer period of time. This is how it works:
We work with our client to identify between 10 and 16 potential attendees who are open and ready for change.
The programme consists of four Flair days, evenly distributed over a six month period.
Each attendee will meet or speak with a Flair Buddy between the Flair days for a minimum of one hour.
Assignments are set and can be optionally collected and assessed to reinforce accountability.
A private online forum is available so attendees can communicate with the Flair coach and the other programme attendees between Flair days.
Cascade teaching is an optional choice which formally assigns each attendee with a group of non-attendees to which they will cascade the new learning.

The results from this format are far greater than a normal intervention session. Added to this with a cascade teaching facility many more people can be involved in the change experience which benefits the attendees and the organisation.
