After you have successfully completed any of the Flair programmes there can be a risk that the momentum you have built up in your business development capability will begin to wane.

This is not abnormal as 'business as usual' takes over and draws your time and focus away from the less pressing, but equally crucial business development activities you have carefully implemented. The tragedy is that this situation can easily be avoided: in fact, it is quite feasible to continue expanding your BD capability and win even more revenue as a result.

Flair Forward is a very cost effective and flexible way to maintain your involvement with Flair which not only secures the business development gains you have already made, but also ensures that they continue to advance.

Of course the intensity is not the same, which is probably a good thing, but you will continue to be guided, inspired, supported and exposed to new tools and techniques. Added to this you will have someone to bounce ideas off or turn to when what you need is an independent but informed opinion on a business development issue.

How Does Flair Forward Work?

So, how does this work in practice? Here are the basic components:
One hour telephone access to me per month or, if we happen to be in the same location, you can convert this into a face to face meeting. This can be a 1-2-1 or a group session as required.
One review period with me per month. Email a report, proposal, presentation or plan to me and I will study it and provide an informed critique.
Access to our ever growing collection of white papers, guides, videos, podcasts and presentations.
No minimum or maximum commitments are required. Sign up and keep it going for as long as you need.
