'Business Development For Busy People'
When you need to move to the next level in your career or if you have some stubborn challenges that are proving difficult to overcome, one powerful way forward is to engage in a 1-2-1 coaching relationship. Executive Flair provides the option for middle and senior management.
Executive Flair is a journey of change which has definite start and end points and is implemented in the following way:-
You will complete a detailed questionnaire which enables the coach to gain vital background information and begin to understand what is required.
A 2 hour Discovery Session is held where the coach uses the questionnaire to explore your background and needs. The result of this is a detailed Coaching Roadmap where the issues, challenges, timescale and final destination are all recorded.
You will then sign off the roadmap and the journey begins.
Sessions are in the strictest confidence and can either be face to face or over the telephone according to need and convenience.
As the process unfolds the coach will use the roadmap to ensure that the original objectives are met within the agreed timescales wherever possible.
The coaching experience ends when the roadmap has been completed or you decide that enough progress has been made and a break is required.
Typically you will commit to one or two hours coaching a week, plus time you will need to complete any agreed assignments. Change does not happen without the investment of time.
Executive Flair is entirely tailored to your needs and as a result is much more focused and intense. Provided you invest the necessary time and are willing to move out of your comfort zone the results and speed of achievement can be outstanding.
"Having being slightly sceptical before I started being coached, i have to say that I am extremely pleased by the way I have been able to progress over the course of the programme. I now know that I am capable of delivering much more and have an increased level of job satisfaction as a result."
